20-Importance:   Past owners: Warren Swezey; Miss Ellen Learned. Miss Learned was a fine musician with her, lives Emily Wagner, who formed the N.Y. Music School (Music ?? Settlement)
In 1927, Esther A. Wickham nee Hayes rented the house from Ellen Learned and operated it as a hostelry with room for 20 guests. Prior to 1927, she had been a proprietor of the Edgewater Inn (Br17.1-S).
In 1957 in became the residence of Dr. Richard H. and Ann Swartz Wiswell and family.
