The Gerard Residence is recorded on the 1858 Chace and 1873 Beers. A 1883 survey of the Andrews Farm, which incorporated the original Gerard homestead, shows the house. The structure is recorded on the 1888 Wendelken map. A photograph taken in 1890 shows the homestead in the background, identified as the old Gerard homestead. On a 1902 map, the house is identified as belong to C. Miller. «»
