1920 - George Washington Buys 9 Acres from Arthur Fairchild

.. In addition, he buys one acre on Brookhaven road (now Beaver Dam road). The nine acres lot likely was the Lodge residence site; The one acre lot was likely where the three factory worker houses (ID Br10.12-S) were to be built.
