The ceremony was performed by Chief Judge Irving Lehman of the Court of Appeals in the presence of members of the families. Mrs. Wertheim is the widow of Charles W. Seiberling Jr., formerly of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Mr. Wertheim is head of the investment banking firm of Wertheim & Co.
