"Mr. W. Barteau of Brookhaven is now in charge of the Yaphank R.R.station as agent."

[February 1910] Mr. OBrien has moved into the cottage near the depot formerly occupied by Wesley Barteau in Brookhaven.
While this brief note in itself is ambiguous, and could be referring to the depot in Patchogue, NY., it seems most likely that it was referring to the Brookhaven depot, as he was the agent there in 1909, and became the agent in Yaphank, NY, in January 1910. The identity of "Obrien" has not been determined.
